Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, March 30th, 2022 \u2013 Aditek Orthodontics, a world reference manufacture in orthodontics industry and with patents in the USA, has been in the market for 32 years and has a complete line for orthodontics with brackets, arch wires and all its accessories, now it has achieved another step of its plan to be a reference in Digital Dentistry in Brazil and in the world.<\/p>\n

Over the last year, many news has shaken Aditek\u2019s world. The first significant news was the announcement of important executives as reinforcements in the company’s leadership, Lu\u00eds Henrique Lima as commercial director with years of experience in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Maur\u00edcio Casa as clinical director, reference in the aligners market, Dr. Ernesto Rodrigues PHD in orthodontics as director of the planning center, and the executive Leandro Viaceli as marketing director for new businesses, with years of experience in the pharmaceutical and aligners market.<\/p>\n

Also, in March of this year, Ad launched the world’s lightest intraoral scanner in Brazil, the Panda P2, and now announces the expansion of its portfolio with the acquisition of AstroScience founded by Adriano Ara\u00fajo, a manufacturer of resins for 3D printing, all under leadership of Eduardo Lopes, Aditek\u2019s CEO.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe acquisition of Horus 3D resins is an extremely important step for Aditek’s future. Since its foundation in 1990, our focus has been on metallic brackets and today, we still believe in this category growth market, we continue to invest in innovative technology and solutions, but we are also diving into Digital Dentistry. 3D printing is a fundamental step in this process, especially when we relate the Panda Intraoral Scanner to our aligners brand, Cleartek. All of this is part of the same ecosystem and we need to deliver a complete and effective service to dentists and democratize digital dentistry\u201d, says Eduardo Lopes.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a very important step for us at Astro Science. Almost 10 years ago, we started the project to develop materials for additive manufacturing, mainly for the dental market. In this new phase of the company, in partnership with Aditek, we will continue with our operational independence, being able to work on even more innovative new products. The acquisition of the 3D printing resin manufacturer, Horus 3D, completes a rapidly growing portfolio that will play an important role in the company’s growth.<\/p>\n

\u201cDigital technology in dentistry is already a reality. It is an ally of all dentists to change the professional\/patient relationship. The technology helps the professional save time in every appointment, show the patients how accurate and advantages the proposed treatments could be.
